Delivery charges and timescales:

• Isle of Man, up to 5 days = £4.95 or FREE on all orders over £60
• United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, up to 7 days = £6.95 or FREE on all orders over £60
• Europe, inc Republic of Ireland, up to 15 days = £14.95
• Rest of World, up to 31 days = £19.95

IOM and UK orders shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Europe and ROW orders shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For.

• Before placing urgent orders contact sales@bridalhouse.co.im to ensure we can meet your time scale.
• To ensure a speedy delivery some products may arrive in separate packages depending on items ordered.
• We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
• Most packages will require a signature on delivery.
• If you are unable to sign for your package items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office . Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Bridal House.
• If a package has been returned to Bridal House because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

• All products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. All items must be returned in the condition that they were sent and in their original packaging.
• Please contact us if you are returning your order, by email service@bridalhouse.co.im
• We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
• We require all return items below £50 to be returned by Royal Mail recorder delivery and all items above £50 are sent by Royal Mail special delivery.
• We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

Secure Payment and Privacy Policy:

• Items purchased by credit or debit card are done via paypal
• Bridal House recognises that customers value their privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We confirm that the personal information requested from you either for the purpose of processing your order or for the return of information to you via e-mail is never provided to third parties. Bridal House web site may contain links to a number of independent sites. Please be aware that this privacy policy does not extend to any collection of information by those sites.
